We use the services of a legal team who are very experienced in the conveyance of all types & size of land and buildings.
We can offer the following methods of purchase.
Unconditional
Purchase of sites/buildings delivering funds to the owner at the earliest opportunity.
Conditional
Purchase of sites/buildings based on the success of a planning application.
Joint Venture (JV)
To put it simply, you supply the land and we supply the planning & build. We agree a share of the profits based upon land value & build costs.
The initial site appraisal costs will be paid for by PROCTER HOMES Any further site investigations along with planning applications and architect fees will also be paid by PROCTER HOMES once a contract has been exchanged. The pre-completion costs for the owner therefore are minimal.
