Company Director Andrew Procter & his partner Caroline are to sell their delightfull cottage style detached property in Gargrave. Hand inscribed top plinths and solid oak work tops hand made in Skipton, Built in items include a wine rack, fridges, bin, dishwasher vegetable racks and two sinks. A Stoves Rangemaster cooker oven in black with two multi function ovens. Pelmet lighting and low voltage down lights compliment this bespoke all wood kitchen. Solid Oak flooring. Pantry    Off the kitchen this useful room is racked out with shelves for all your baking ingredients. The washer/dryer is concealed within a small range of timber fronted units. A ceramic sink and drainer above. There is another concealed fridge in here along with a freezer. The combi boiler is also located in this room.

Lounge Across the hall from the kitchen living area is a good sized lounge with an open class 1 fireplace and dog grate. Radiators are concealed by custom built Oak covers incorporating a window seat.
